Absolutely not. I train people of all levels— if anything this is the point of greatest impact where the habits we start to mold will really blossom fast! Some haven’t touched weights in years or ever before. I create a shame-free, judgment-free space.

Is this going to be Crazy expensive?

My coaching and consulting is a premium service without the premium sticker shock—but we’ll talk about what works for your goals and your budget. You’ll never be pushed into something that doesn’t make sense for your life.

How much time do I need to commit?

Most of my clients train 2–3x a week. We’ll design a plan that fits into your real life for your real goals!
